How cute is this made from scraps piece... The fabric is chosen from our spandex collection of prints, solid mattes, and ribbed spandex. It is ideally made for collars that are 3/4”-1” thick. Instead of tying around the neck, this piece has a long loop that the collar can slide through for ultimate comfort! Because this item is made from leftover fabric, if you are looking to purchase multiple of the same fabric, feel free to inquire first about your choice to verify stock.
