Absolutely! Proprio is happy to hand write a message and send your gift for you. Write your personalized message in the notes box at checkout. Use your recipient's shipping address when checking out, and then you are all set. Or, if you prefer, you can purchase a gift card.

During checkout, enter your gift card into the gift card box, and your balance will be applied to your order. If you are having issues using your gift card at checkout, please send a message.

Unfortunately, purchases cannot be cancelled once complete. However, if you realize there was an error in your order, please send a message immediately to see if an accommodation can be made. If your order has already been made, the order cannot be altered.

All Propriowear garments are made-to-order so there is no inventory on hand (and therefore less waste too!). Garments are not made until they have a home. Each piece is unique in its custom choices and handmade specifically for you! If there was a defect in the production of the garment though, please send a message within 7 days of receiving the item.

SHIPPING

Pieces are typically ready to ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase, but can be longer depending on the current number of orders. You can always check the current production time. This time does not include shipping time. Propriowear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS or UPS customer service.

Any order of $200 or more qualifies for free shipping! Please note that taxes do not contribute to your subtotal at checkout.

All garments should be washed prior to being worn. Each purchase will come with care instructions and is listed on the product pages since it can vary depending on the fabric. If washed by hand, use cold water (do not wring to dry) and lay flat to dry on a towel. If washed in a machine, wash in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Fabric softener is not recommended as it can leave residue on the spandex and attract unwanted bacteria. Take care not to wash with items that may snag the fabric. If this is a concern, place the item in a mesh garment bag before loading it into the washing machine. Air dry. Do not iron as heat can ruin the fibers.

If fabric contains 5% or less spandex (noted on the garment tag), such as the bamboo fabric, garments can be put in the dryer like normal. Or you can air dry and follow up with 30 minutes or less in the dryer to tighten up the fibers a bit.

When light colors are combined with dark colors, there is the potential for the colors to bleed. Propriowear is not responsible for damages occurred when washed or worn.

Please send an inquiry for group orders to ensure fabric stock. It is recommended group orders are placed together to ensure a similar production time. The production timeline may increase for group orders depending on the current number of orders.

The fashion industry can be extremely wasteful. In order to create the least amount of waste, Propriowear keeps a very low fabric stock of all fabrics and reorders when necessary. Because of this, if you have an order with multiple items of the same fabric, please send a message first before purchasing to verify stock. Fabric will be regularly updated on the website if it is out of stock and will be removed if it is unable to be reordered from the supplier. Fabric options are subject to change without notice.

While the goal is to be perfect, it’s not always possible! Fabric may go out of stock and be unable to be reordered during checkout. Should this occur, you will be notified of the item(s) that is/are no longer available to either choose a different fabric option or opt for a refund.
