The Modular Leotard is designed to mix and match the fronts and backs for an added dose of unique choices and to suit a variety of preferences. First, choose your back: Scoop, Square, Parabolic. Next, choose your front: Boatneck, Square, Curved V, Pinched V.

The Square and Parabolic backs also come with the option of a secondary fabric option for the top portion of the back of the leotard. You can choose to keep it all one fabric, or add a secondary fabric. Feel free to get creative with your pairing! If you don't like choosing, you can pick the Surprise Me! option, and Propriowear will select it for you, pairing it with a complementary fabric based on your Main Fabric choice. Then you will have a nice surprise when it comes in the mail!

There are 3 types of fabrics to choose from - Printed Spandex, Solid Matte Spandex, and Ribbed Spandex. For more information on fabric type, see the Fabrics page.

If you are in between sizes and are selecting the Scoop or Square back for a leotard, it is recommended to go with the smaller size, as the back is so low and open that it will fit more snugly this way. If your torso needs the length of the bigger size, click on the long torso option of the smaller size!

Size chart lists body measurements, as opposed to garment measurements when flat.

If you have a longer torso than the girth listed in your size for leotards, choose the Long Torso option that you fit in for bust/waist/hips. For example, if your bust/waist/hip fit in the Medium, but you have a girth of 63", choose Long Torso, and then select M Long. Adding full front or full front and back lining may add a little extra snugness to the  garment.

Use your waist and hip measurement for the ballet skirt size.

Ribbed Spandex - 82% polyester/18% spandex
Lining (if used)- 82% nylon/18% spandex or 70% nylon/30% spandex
Elastic – polyester/rubber
Thread – polyester, nylon

Care: For best results, hand wash in cold water or machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. If hand washing, do not wring or twist fabric, but press the water out of it.

Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, phones, tablets, etc., exact color of the finished product may vary.
